Meet and Greet Area

A comfortable Meet N Greet area is provided near the escalators in the main terminal. Flight Information Display Screens (FIDS) will keep you informed of arrivals.

Notary Public Service is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5;00 p.m. Call (515) 256-5100.

Parking Shuttles

The parking shuttle shelter is located outside the Baggage Claim area on the south end of the Terminal. Shuttles operate 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
